This notice explains how Paiol handles the personal data you send through the contact form on paiol.ai. Last updated: October 17, 2026.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is PAIOL Digital LTDA (“Paiol”). For any privacy matter, including requests about your data, write to hello@paiol.ai.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: name, work email, company (optional), topic (optional) and message (optional).
- The record that you agreed to this notice, with the date and time.
- A bot check by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser and your IP address to tell people from bots. We don’t receive or keep those signals.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your message and continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us. We don’t sell your data, use it for marketing lists or make automated decisions about you.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the bot check and delivers the form to our inbox.
- Google Workspace stores the message in our mailbox.
These providers may process data in other countries, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our mailbox for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or a legal obligation. The site itself stores nothing.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, give you access, correct it, delete it, tell you who we share it with, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@paiol.ai and we’ll answer within 15 days.
